The Attig Law Firm congratulates one of our Veteran clients who recently received word that his request for TDIU has been granted.

TDIU stands for Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability.  TDIU effectively raises a Veteran’s rate of compensation to 100% based on certain criteria.  You can read more about TDIU, including the criteria for securing TDIU,  by clicking on this link.
