There are many ways to file a claim for Veterans Disability Benefits.

1) There is the standard application in paper form: VBA-21-526-ARE (Click on the Form name for a link to a blank version in the form).

2) There is an online application process. By clicking on the underlined text, you can open the Department of Veteran Affairs online application for disability benefits

3) Now, there is the VBA-21-526EZ.  The Form shortens the application from 26 to 6 pages.Click on the Form name for a link to a blank version of the form.
