The Federal Employee Whistleblower: How to Blow the Whistle for Maximum Impact

Date: Friday, October 16, 2009

Time: 1 p.m. - 4:30pm Central time

Description: I have handled numerous whistleblower cases, both defending Agencies and representing whistleblowers. In handling these cases, I have seen a common set of mistakes that Federal Employees make when blowing the whistle on government waste, fraud, abuse, or dangerous conditions. These common mistakes result in the whistleblower being disciplined, fired, or even ignored. These common mistakes make it easier for a resentful management to retaliate against the whistleblower. This seminar will not keep you from getting disciplined by an Agency that doesn’t protect its whistleblowers; nor will this seminar guarantee that your management will listen to you. What it will do is teach you 10 effective techniques to make your whistleblowing more effective. This webinar consists of 3 hours of teaching, followed by a 30 minute question and answer session. This class is limited to the first 10 participants, so register soon! Limit of 10 participants.

Cost: $335.00 per participant if you register before October 2, 2009 ($405.00 if you register after October 2, 2009).
