As I've mentioned in previous posts, the Attig Law Firm is growing. In addition to more staff and attorneys, the Attig Law Firm would like to expand the services that it can offer to Veterans.
One service that we would like to add are training seminars to help pro-se Veterans benefit from the experience of seasoned VA Benefits attorneys.
We have not decided if the seminar would be online, or in-person, or whether it would be one-day, or a series of one-hour courses.
The seminar would cover such topics as:
1) How knowing the elements of your VA claim can improve your arguments.
2) Medical Expert Opinions: what they are, when to use them, and how to get one.
3) Self-Advocacy at the Board of Veterans Appeals.
4) Where and how to research VA law.
5) Preparing for a Compensation and Pension Examination
6) Impairment Ratings Tables and how to use them
7) Effective Date Rules
8) Tips to effective communication with the VA
9) How to get copies of documents for your Claim
Would you mind
completing the survey at this link to help the Attig Law Firm evaluate ways to make a service like this more valuable to Veterans?
Thank you for your time and input, and for helping the Attig Law Firm to make its experience available to larger numbers of Veterans!
