Quick Tip Video: Do you know why the VA isn't satisfied with your evidence?

In this FREE QuickTip, I'm going to show you one way to understand better why the VA isn't satisfied with your evidence in a service-connection claim.

It's not legal advice, but is instead meant to share some of the information that I've learned representing many Veterans before many VA Regional Offices, the BVA and the CAVC.

There is NO substitute for legal advice from an accredited Veterans Benefits Attorney, so if you need specific help in your claim, don't watch this video - STOP and call an accredited Veterans Benefits Attorney.

But if you want to see a VA Claim from a slightly different perspective - the VA's perspective - this video is meant to give you a piece of that information.
