3 Foundational eBooks that will start you on the path to a win in your VA disability compensation claim.

Service Connection, VA Claims Process, VA C-FileI don't guarantee that my eBooks will help you win compensation in your VA disability compensation claim - every case is so unique that it is impossible to make that promise.

Anybody that does promise that they have the "secret" to WIN your VA claim is probably someone you want to be far away from.

So when I say that an eBook will help you get on the path to a "win" in your VA disability compensation claim, I'm talking about the bigger - and the more important - "wins":

Taking Back the power in your VA Claim

Overcoming the Feeling of Powerlessness in the VA Claim Process.

Changing the Way Veterans Experience the VA Claims Process.

Breaking out of the Prison of your VA Experience.

These are the "wins" that will change how you experience the VA.  That will help you become more powerful in your VA claim.  That will help you not have to wait on Congress, the President, or whoever pretends to lead the VA now to get CHANGE in your VA Claim.

In the past, I have written that there are certain things that I think that every Veteran should know while they prosecute a claim for VA Disability Compensation:

#1: The 5 Basic Theories of Service Connection. Service-Connection is - or should be - the primary focus in every Veteran's claim.  The VA won't listen to claims for TDIU, or increased ratings claims, or arguments for an earlier effective date until the Veteran can establish service-connection.

#2: The VA Claims Process.  Many folks portray the VA Claims process as a Hamster Wheel, and indeed it is easy to get stuck in an endless loop of claim-denial-appeal-remand.

I believe that a better understanding of the VA Claims Process is the first rung on the ladder out of the VA Claims Backlog.

In future posts and books, I will teach Veterans what I know about how to use the various stages of the process to more quickly consolidate a Veteran's claims and conditions at a single level of the process and push for a more satisfying - and many times a quicker - outcome.

#3: What is in the Veteran's C-File?  The C-File is the single most important document that a Veteran can get in their C-File. I truly believe that the Veteran's failure to get - and study - a copy of their C-File in their VA claim is the #1 reason that the VA is able to endlessly delay and deny.

There are 3 ways to get your VA C-file - some better than others - and my eBook teaches the method my Firm uses to get VA C-Files for Veteran seeking representation by the Attig Law Firm.

My method for requesting C-Files is working:

The Attig La Firm recently got a C-File from one Regional Office in 8 days.  In another Veteran's request for consultation, a VA Regional Office gave us our first digital C-File in under 25 days.   A law firm in Florida is using my method to get C-Files to speed up their claim consideration process as well.

Those 3 eBooks are the Foundation of my approach of Changing the Way Veterans Experience the VA Claims Process.

If you follow the above links, you will be able to purchase each of those eBooks separately.  The total cost to buy them separately is $24.

We've decided to make it a little easier for you to get a copy of these 3 Foundational eBooks.

Now you can buy all 3 eBooks in one collection for $17 - that's a 29% discount off the prices of buying each individually.
