This week's SPECIAL: Pay what YOU want for "5 Paths to Service Connection"

5 Ways to Service Connect Military Injury

For this week only - through March 14, 2014 - you can "Pay What You Want" for my eBook: "5 Paths to Service Connection"

This ebook normally costs $7, although newsletter subscribers always get a discount.

Until March 14, 2014 - you tell me what value you see in this eBook by setting your own price for it.

What is "5 Paths to Service Connection" about?

This eBook teaches the 5 ways that a Veteran (or survivor in an Accrued Benefits case) can prove that their injury is related to military service.

Think you know them all? Maybe you do - most Veterans I talk to have overlooked at least 2 of the 5 methods in their own claim.

This book presents all 5 Paths to Service Connection in layman's terms - no legalese or thick lawyer talk.

Who is "5 Paths to Service Connection" for?

Not every Veteran wants to work with VSOs and attorneys - and not every Veteran needs to.

I want to teach those Veterans what I have learned are the  8 Steps to improving a VA Claim - read about all  8 steps, here.

The 4th Step is all about building the "pillars" that will support your claim at the Regional Office.  If you don't have one of these pillars proved up, the VA will deny your claim. It's that simple.

Service Connection is the 2nd of the 4 pillars:

Pillar 1: Are you an eligible Veteran?

Pillar 2: Is your condition related to military service?

Pillar 3:  To what degree does your condition CURRENTLY limit you?

Pillar 4:  What is your claim's "Effective Date"?

Before you can BUILD the pillars - or prove up each element with 5-Star Evidence - you will have to get the best understanding of them you can.

This eBook shows you how I teach Service Connection to other lawyers, the ALF Team, interns at the ALF, and to the Veterans groups that I speak to.

What is "Pay What You Want"?

Its this simple: you choose the price you want to pay for this eBook.

You can, of course, get it for free.    You can pay what it would sell for individually:  $7.  You can pay the discounted price that  newsletter subscribers pay: $5.

I put a lot of time and energy into developing the method in this eBook, and the sales from my eBooks helps me pay for the resources to provide more eBooks

YOU to tell me the value  of this eBook  through the price YOU choose to pay.

[I would love to see the ALF sell enough eBooks that I could hire an attorney whose only job was to handle original claims pro bono for Veterans.  That's a lot of eBooks, but I am a big believer in dreaming BIG.  Why else do we dream?]

Why is the Attig Law Firm offering Veterans eBooks?

I am not in the business of selling eBooks to Veterans to get rich.  That's not why I sell eBooks on this site.

These eBooks are the beginning of something much, much bigger.

I want to teach you how to change the way you are experiencing the VA Claims Process by showing you what I have learned about the VA bureacracy after 7 years of helping Veterans.

I believe that every Veteran has the power to make their own claim a little easier, and to get more satisfactory results from the VA - I want to teach you how to get that kind of Power.

I put this information into eBooks, and the ALF sells a couple of those eBooks.  Why?  Because eBooks cost money to make.

I have to invest the time to write them - to consolidate my experiences with the VA Claims Process into something that will help YOU in your VA Claim.  This includes updating the law and giving you the WHOLE story, and sending you updates whenever they are published.

I have to pay an editor to edit my drafts.

I have to buy a cover illustration.

I have to pay hosting fees on the platform that sells the eBooks.

I'm in the process of buying blocks of ISBNs so that I can get these eBooks out to more Veterans on more platforms.

So I price the eBooks using the traditional method - the price that will  recover my cost of producing them.

But the realization hit me yesterday: the Attig Law Firm is anything but a TRADITIONAL law firm.  The first and most important value of the ALF is "Creativity".

Our logo is court-reporter's shorthand for the word "Progressive".

So why would we use "traditional" pricing methods?

How long is "Pay What You Want" Available?

Until midnight on Friday, March 14th. After that, the eBook goes back to its regular price.

What happens after that?   I don't know.

Maybe "Pay What You Want" becomes permanent.

Maybe we make a similar offer on another eBook.

Only time will tell.

Here's where to get your copy of the "The 5 Paths to Service Connection" on a "Pay What you Want" basis:

I received your email on purchasing the TD/IU e-book but when I press on the buy link nothing happens. it never sends me to the next page to put my card number in to purchase. Not sure if it’s just me or that’s something that everyone is experiencing.
